Financing Folder

This folder is used to enter mortgage or loan information and develop the mortgage and loan schedules. The number of mortgage is unlimited and mortgages can start and finish at any time.

It can produce monthly or annual mortgage schedules for each mortgage and an annual combined mortgage schedule that summarizes all of the mortgages in one report.

Features of the program include the ability to:

• Select Fixed or Variable Interest Rates
• Choose from eight mortgage types with varying interest and payment options
• Make additional payments or borrowings in any period
• Create multiple Terms and Amortization periods
• Start the mortgage in any given year and month.

The flexible features can be used to create any type of mortgage or loan including Graduated Payment Mortgages, Variable Rate Mortgages, Draw mortgages etc.

In “Keep” analysis there are two types of mortgages:

1. Preexisting mortgages or loans. These are loans that existed prior to the analysis start date. The current outstanding loan balance is irrelevant but the remaining principle and interest payment are relevant
2. New Mortgage or loans
