Investment Folder

This folder is used to enter income tax information, as well as the Investor's Desired Return on Investment (before and after taxes). This information is used to calculate the income tax, capital gains and recaptured depreciation taxes.

The “Display Yearly Income Tax Adjustment Grid” allows manual adjustments to the annual income tax calculations.

“Turn Off Tax” feature removes tax information from all screens and reports
